Green Street,

Visual simplicity and clarity is the goal to the full renovation of this single residential unit within a high-rise tower. A client request to avoid decorative fixtures, table and floor lamps caused our careful consideration to the placement of lighting leaving the unit open and welcoming. A series of technical constraints such as acoustic fabric ceilings and A/V considerations bring a layer of sophistication to the detailing of the project. Ultimately, this finely tuned space provides relief from the bustling city below.
