The space, designed by Boor Bridges Architecture, captivates neighbors and locals with its warm, minimal feel. The lighting, while simple, draws attention to the unique elements of the space: an expansive skylight above the open kitchen, and track lighting illuminating rotating artwork by local artists. There is a beauty of restraint, of understanding when enough is enough. Great lighting design mimics a tightrope, a fine balance between the rhythm of architectural and natural light. Of knowing what is just enough, and nothing more.
